Introduction

Ms Jindal has also been working relentlessly to solve the issues of livelihood and sustenance by paving way for Skill Education. Schooling doesn't assure employment but skill does and that has been the premise with which OP Jindal Community College was established in 2007 to harness the valuable human potential and talent of drop-out and unemployed youth in rural India. It provides relevant training courses and customized programmes for the industry to increase employability and job creation. In doing so, India's demographic dividend becomes an asset. OPJCC certificate holders are job-ready with the requisite technical, workplace, and soft skills employers need.

In National Bal Bhavan also as Chairperson, Ms Jindal introduced many new programs and workshops to encourage wholesome education, to enhance creativity and overall personality development of children through innovative art program and workshop. She always insisted on practical and interactive workshops and encouraged children to pursue their educational dream to give wings of flight to our nation.
